What we collect. When you use our contact form, we collect what you give us. Your name, email, company, what you’re making, and the need, timing and budget you select. We also note how you found us, such as the link or campaign that brought you here. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence.
Why we collect it. To reply to you, scope potential projects, and manage our client relationships. That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Analytics. We use standard analytics tools to understand site traffic, such as which pages get visited and where visitors come from. This uses cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time and the site works fine without them.
Where it lives. Your information is stored with the established service providers that run our business, covering hosting, email, workflow tools and analytics. We handle it in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and GDPR principles. Client creative assets are covered separately under our client agreements and are never used to train public AI models.
How long we keep it. As long as we’re in a conversation with you or have a business reason to retain it. If the conversation ends, so does the file, within a reasonable period.
Your choices. Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Email jonah@newlimitlabs.com and we’ll sort it out. No forms, no runaround.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
